Our extensive management experience is what allows us to understand the real value of these types of operations using a variety of different scenarios. We have a lean portfolio and only work with companies where we have investors already mapped out. Thus, the Darwin Capital model consists of short and fast processes, unlike other M&A boutiques.

Working with Mergers and Acquisitions, Darwin Capital has a differentiated model of conducting M&A processes that consists of some fundamental premises: mapped investors, short terms and focus on negotiation.
Using a vast network and deep technical knowledge to contact funds and investors, we have our own fund – Darwin Tech I – to seek capital for our clients. Currently, the fund is composed of 2 Brazilian unicorns, i.e., those with market value above R$1Bi, and other startups.
